Simple Uchina Kanghou (Black Fungus fry)

| Wash & Soak Uchina for 1hr & boil it for 1 min |
 |
| Wash and slice Dum Aloo |
 |
| Big slice of onion & capsicum |
 |
| add 2tsp of oil in a hot khang(pan) |
 |
| fry the allu dum for 1 min |
 |
| add coriander and black pepper powder |
 |
| Add Uchina and salt for taste and fry for 5 min |
 |
| end result is so yummy |
