Eat the whole slice with the cover.The cover of the nimbu is more aromatic and delicious. Best combination with Dal or any non veg curry.

Simple Uchina Kanghou (Black Fungus fry)
Wash & Soak Uchina for 1hr & boil it for 1 min
Wash and slice Dum Aloo
Big slice of onion & capsicum
add 2tsp of oil in a hot khang(pan)
fry the allu dum for 1 min
add coriander and black pepper powder
Add Uchina and salt for taste and fry for 5 min
end result is so yummy
