Simple Uchina Kanghou (Black Fungus fry)

Wash  & Soak Uchina  for 1hr & boil it  for 1 min

Wash and slice Dum Aloo

Big slice of onion & capsicum 

add 2tsp of oil in a hot khang(pan)

fry the allu dum for 1 min


add coriander and black pepper powder

Add Uchina and salt for taste and fry for 5 min

end result is so yummy
